Day 1: Conversations in Your Head

  • Think of a recent time you had an argument or unresolved issue playing out in your mind.

  • What was the situation?

  • What did you want to say?

  • How did keeping it in impact your mood, body, or relationships?

Day 2: Truth vs. Avoidance

  • Recall a moment when you avoided being honest to keep the peace.

  • What were you afraid of?

  • How might things have unfolded differently if you'd spoken your truth?

Day 3: Physical Toll of Unspoken Emotion

  • When you hold back emotions or difficult truths, how do you feel physically?

  • Do you notice tension, fatigue, or other body signals?

  • What does your body need when you're holding something in?

Day 4: You’re A Little Teapot

  • What simmers inside you when you're upset and don't express it?

  • What are your signs that you’re “steaming up”?

  • What tools (movement, breath, words) help release that pressure?

Day 5: The Truth That Set You Free

  • Write about a time you finally said what needed to be said.

  • How did it feel before, during, and after the conversation?

  • Did it bring clarity, freedom, or discomfort—and was it worth it?
