Day 1 – The Moment Before the Moment

  • Think about a moment in your life that seemed ordinary at the time, but changed everything in hindsight.

  • What was happening? 

  • Who was involved? 

  • What shifted? 

  • How does it live in you now?

Day 2 – The Power of Influence

  • Who in your life has unintentionally (or intentionally) influenced you to take action, shift your thinking, or move forward?

  • What was their intent? 

  • What did you do with it?

Day 3: Learning from the Pack

  • Who is your “crew”?

  • Who supports you during your metaphorical (or literal) endurance events?

  • Where could you show up more for them—or ask for help?

Day 4 – Apathy & Awakening

  • Where in your life are you coasting or stuck?

  • What would “putting your soul back in your body” look like for you?

Day 5 – Intent vs. Expectation

  • What is one goal or change you want to make?

  • Write about it from the lens of intent, not expectation.

  • How will you honor the long game?
