Theme:  Explore choice, control, relationships, personal narratives, and how we rewrite or reframe moments that define us.

Newsletter: Choose Your Adventure, Because You Can’t Choose Others - Read

Day 1: The Illusion of Control

  •  Write about a time when you thought you had control over someone else’s decision, and you didn’t.

  •  What did you learn?

  •  How did you respond in the moment?

  •  What would you do differently today?

Day 2: Your “Option 1A or 1B” Moment

  • Think about a recent interaction or situation where you could have chosen between reacting emotionally (1A) or pausing and choosing a softer, longer-view path (1B).

  • Which path did you choose? Why?

  • What was the result?

Day 3: The Power of Micro-Decisions

  • Reflect on a small, seemingly insignificant choice you made that had a big impact on your life or relationships.

  • What was that moment?

  •  Did you realize its power at the time?

Day 4: When Love Wins (Even if You’re Pissed)

  • Describe a time when you were frustrated or angry, but love, connection, or compassion shifted your choice.

  •  Did you resent it later—or did it ultimately feel right?

  • What does this tell you about your core values?

Day 5: What Are You Actually in Control Of?

  • List the things in your life you often try to control—but can’t.

  • Now, list the things you can control.

  • How would your daily peace shift if you focused more on the latter?
