Explore how you tell stories — to yourself and others.
Do you embellish, soften, or change parts of your own stories? Why?
What “truths” have you repeated to yourself that might no longer serve you?
How would your life change if you re-authored one of those stories?
Day 4 – Brick by Brick
What are the micro-habits or beliefs you're working on now?
