Theme: “From broken to beautiful, resilience, heartbreak, beauty in imperfection, and reconnection to self and earth.

Day 1: What Is Broken

What part of your life or heart feels broken right now—or has felt that way recently?

  • Name it without fixing it.

  • What does it feel like to hold space for that without judgment?

  • What is a simple act that would allow you to patch what needs fixing?

Day 2: The Gold in the Cracks

In the Japanese art of kintsugi, broken pottery is repaired with gold.

  • What is one past heartbreak or wound you now see as a strength or gift?

  • What did that pain teach you about your resilience?

Day 3: The Breathing Tree

The Lahaina banyan tree was scorched in the fires, but it’s still breathing.

  • What is still breathing in you after all you’ve been through?

  • How do you know it’s still alive?

Day 4: Island vs. Connection

  • When have you felt like you were on an emotional island—isolated in your pain or healing?

  • What person, memory, or insight helped you realize you weren’t alone?

Day 5: Writing Your Existence

“How we manage heartbreak writes our existence.”

  • What story are you writing through the way you show up today—in your grief, healing, love, and presence?
