Read the associated newsletter -> Read Away ->

Day 1 — The Courtroom

  • Describe the internal courtroom you live in.

  • What are your most common “charges” against yourself?

  • How do they impact you day in and day out?

Optional depth layer: Where do you feel this question in your body?

Day Day 2 — When the Game Felt Fixed

  • Where in your life has it felt like the rules were stacked against you?

  • How did you manage your life and play the game?

  • Did it help you or hurt you?

  • What rules are you no longer willing to play by?

Day 3 — The Archive of Moments

  • Write about the small moments you forgot but still carry.

  • Write about a larger moment you carry, and put more weight on than you should?

  • Which emotional tones show up most often: shame, joy, fear, pride, grief, humor?

  • If your unconscious kept score, what would it be tracking?

Optional depth layer: Which moments feel heavier than they deserve to be?

Day 4 — Ego vs. Self

  • How do you know when ego is driving?

  • How do you know when the Self is present?

  • What choices feel lighter, quieter, or more spacious?

Optional depth layer: When has focusing on “the Self” changed an outcome for you?

Day 5 — Release and Freedom

  • Imagine walking out of your internal courtroom today—paroled, not perfect.

  • Who are you and how do you feel without being governed by your prior convictions?

  • What version of you feels closer to the truth right now?

Optional depth layer: How is your version of “The Self” looking to exist moving forward?
