Day 1 – Who Are You When No One's Watching?

  • What are 2–3 traits that feel most core to who you are — the ones that don't change regardless of the room you're in?

  • Are those traits celebrated in your daily life, or do you find yourself minimizing or hiding them? Why?

Day 2 – The Feedback Loop

  • Which pieces of feedback have stuck with you the most throughout your life? Are they accurate, or have you simply accepted them as truth?

  • Where have you internalized someone else's disappointment as your own identity?

Day 3 – The Square Peg

  • Describe a situation where you tried to force yourself to fit somewhere you didn't naturally feel comfortable. What did that cost you?

  • Where in your life are you currently conforming rather than authentically compromising? What's the difference for you?

Day 4 – The Universe Rewards Bravery

  • Where are you playing it safe in ways that are keeping you small or inauthentic?

  • What is one brave act — however small — that would bring you closer to your authentic self? What's stopping you?

Day 5 – The Person in the Mirror

  • Write a letter to the version of yourself that spent years trying to minimize the negative. What do you want that person to know?

  • What is one commitment you're willing to make to that person in the mirror, starting today? Describe how it feels to be that version of yourself the next opportunity you can.
