Think of someone you’ve met who was genuinely kind.

  • What made their kindness feel different or memorable?

  • What would someone say about your kindness if asked today?

Day 3: Happiness Check-In

Ask yourself honestly: Am I happy?

  • Answer with your gut—not your mind.

  • Then ask: What supports my happiness? What erodes it?

  • What are action items to support your happiness?

Day 4: Applying the 6 Principles

Which of the 6 principles do you struggle with the most right now?

  • Why might that be?

  • What would change if you practiced that principle fully today?

Day 5: Coming Back to Center

What does “being centered” feel like in your body, mind, and spirit?

  • When did you last feel off-center?

  • What helped you return—or could have helped you return—back to yourself?
